It’s been a long year when Martial law came at the time president Ferdinand Marcos with it’s controversy world wide, it’s been a year when people suffered when tragedy came in our country but the history and memories are still remembering. Martial law can control any area of military rather than by the police. Some of the victims open and tell to the media or press what happen to them. Many of them are tortured, raped, and force to do what they didn’t want to do. Military are controlling all over the punishment that Marcos didn’t know in Apo on the Wall. While relay and book in past to know and learned something when the time and how is scary Marcos law is.

According to Hannah Bebs Alboot in the poem show that the father is proving to Apo even when he’s not around he can still rule and see what is the movement of his son like of the rules of Marcos he has many alibis whenever he can still see you. Some of the videos that I searched are free but not free at all because they didn’t

express their own life. They were scared even if night or morning because they can still see even if you are inside your house. Base on the poem it served as a testimony for those Flipino’s who came across his period it opened up my eye’s not just me but everyone to see theirs not imagined condition.

Bj Patino has his own denotation to the characteristics to the father as a superior ruler of the family and the child feeling to fear to his father as sign of respect. For my own opinion Bj Patino wrote the poem becase he want us to know and connect in our own ruler in our house or in our family and to open our mind, hearts and eyes to see what happen from the past that every people unite for the freedom of every human. Apo on the Wall shows the real situation concern in the different perspective between millennial and those who lived through Martial Law. Bj Patino advocates reasonably close to the realization of giving importance of looking back to our past.
